Boat Parade
Every July 4th
​12:00pm

Dress up your boat and get into costume for the annual 4th of July Boat Parade on Lake Riley.  We will meet in the bay and cruise around the lake led by the fire department boat.    

INSTRUCTIONS:
Meet at West Bay at Noon
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
First place winner wins “Riley the Traveling Trophy”
Winners have the pleasure of a garden ornament for a year and can bedazzle Riley for the next winner.

Photos of all decorated boats will be taken at the “photo booth” off the Adzick Dock (A-Frame boathouse) on south shore of lake.
 
Prizes will be delivered and LRIA members will be notified of winners

Best In Show Award

2015

Sapmeisters David Florenzano, John Bushey, Bob Adomaitis, and Eldon Berkland with their 4th Riley Sugarbush maple syrup Best In Show award which was given by the MN Maple Syrup Association at the 2015 MN State Fair.  John has welcomed neighbors to his house for years to help them collect the sap when it starts to flow out of his trees.
